WHAT ARE EBL'S SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Orders destined for the United States, Canada, and Mexico will be shipped from our warehouse in California, USA using standard shipping. This method typically delivers within 4-10 business days from the shipment date. 

When will my order be shipped?

Typically, we schedule shipments within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed, excluding pre-sale items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with tracking details.

In which countries do you have warehouses for local shipping arrangements?

We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Philippines, Malaysia, and Czech Republic for local shipping.

Do you ship internationally on your website? Can you ship to my country?

Our website is still testing shipping products worldwide. Therefore, the shipping cost charged at checkout is an estimate and will be based on the actual postage cost incurred when the product is sent by courier (generally based on the weight and volume of the products).
Please Note: We will refund the excess if the postage charged is more than the actual shipping charge. Meanwhile, if the postage charged is less than the actual shipping cost, we will also charge the customer for the additional shipping cost.

    As we are still testing shipping of EBL products to all parts of the world. Therefore, the shipping charges charged at checkout are an estimate and the actual shipping charges will be based on the actual postage costs incurred when the product is sent by the courier (generally based on the weight and volume of the product).

    Please note

    1. Batteries cannot be shipped to other countries.
    2. If the postage charged is more than the actual postage cost, we will refund the excess. Also, if the postage charged is less than the actual shipping cost, we will charge the customer for the additional shipping cost.

    Notes:

    1) Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

    2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-5 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

    3) If you place more than one order, you may get multiple deliveries. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email for each order, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

    4) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

    5) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days of  placing your order.

    How will EBL Official ship my order?

    Orders destined for the United States, Canada, and Mexico will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States, typically using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders from our warehouse in the United Kingdom are usually fulfilled using Evri. For shipments from other countries' warehouses, we prioritize local logistics partners for the most suitable delivery options.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we will email you a shipment tracking update with the estimated delivery date and tracking number. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@eblofficial.com.

    Will all items from my order be delivered at the same time?

    We strive to deliver all items together. However, some products may ship separately due to different shipping options. You'll receive a shipment notification email once an item is shipped.

    Why isn't there any tracking update?

    If your order is within the estimated delivery timeframe, please wait patiently for tracking updates. If significantly overdue, contact the shipping courier or reach out to us for assistance.

    Can I change the delivery address after shipping?

    Unfortunately, we can't change the address once the product is in transit.

    What if the received product is different from what I ordered?

    Contact customer support at support@eblofficial.com with details about the issue for assistance.

    My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

    Wait for two business days post-delivery confirmation. Check your surroundings and ask neighbors if they received it. If still undelivered, contact us at support@eblofficial.com for assistance.
